style=\"--awb-text-color:#808080;\"><p>The Elah Dufour Novi Group was founded in 1982, thanks to the initiative of the entrepreneur Flavio Repetto, and is represented by four historical brands of the Italian confectionery industry:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"elenco_elah\">\n<li>Elah<\/li>\n<li>Novi<\/li>\n<li>Dufour<\/li>\n<li>Baratti &amp; Milano<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We produce in Italy in the plants of Novi Ligure (Alessandria), Bra (Cuneo) and Sassello (Savona).<\/p>\n<h3>A little bit of history<\/h3>\n<p>Founded in Genoa in&nbsp;<strong>1909<\/strong>&nbsp;by Francesco Ferdinando Moli\u00e8, the brand&nbsp;<strong>Elah<\/strong>&nbsp;produces preparations for custards, puddings, desserts and cakes, as well as toffee candies.<br \/>In 2009 it celebrated its first 100 years of activities with the launch of new products. For the Italian families,<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-2 fusion_builder_column_1_4 1_4 fusion-flex-column\" style=\"--awb-bg-size:cover;--awb-width-large:25%;--awb-margin-top-large:10px;--awb-spacing-right-large:7.68%;--awb-margin-bottom-large:10px;--awb-spacing-left-large:7.68%;--awb-width-medium:100%;--awb-order-medium:0;--awb-spacing-right-medium:1.92%;--awb-spacing-left-medium:1.92%;--awb-width-small:100%;--awb-order-small:0;--awb-spacing-right-small:1.92%;--awb-spacing-left-small:1.92%;\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-column-has-shadow fusion-flex-justify-content-flex-start fusion-content-layout-column\"><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\" style=\"--awb-text-color:#808080;\"><p>Elah is the real &#8216;<strong>patisserie at home<\/strong>&#8216;.<\/p>\n<p>The brand Dufour was founded in Genoa in&nbsp;<strong>1926<\/strong>&nbsp;by the namesake family and it produces fruit jellies (Big Frut Gel\u00e9e), chocolate bonbons (Carousel), the extra-special Morabon and Selz Soda, as well as a wide range of filled candies.<\/p>\n<p>The brand&nbsp;<strong>Novi&nbsp;<\/strong>was founded in Novi Ligure in&nbsp;<strong>1903<\/strong>&nbsp;and it produces chocolate: Grandi Nocciolati (chocolate with hazelnuts), the exclusive Fondentenero and Gran Cru Nero Nero (extra dark chocolate), the traditional Gianduja from Piedmont, Gianduiotti, the Otello pralines and the Novi spreadable chocolate cream.<\/p>\n<p>Founded in Turin in&nbsp;<strong>1858, the Baratti&amp;Milano&nbsp;<\/strong>brand produces the typical specialties of<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-3 fusion_builder_column_1_4 1_4 fusion-flex-column\" style=\"--awb-bg-size:cover;--awb-width-large:25%;--awb-margin-top-large:10px;--awb-spacing-right-large:7.68%;--awb-margin-bottom-large:10px;--awb-spacing-left-large:7.68%;--awb-width-medium:100%;--awb-order-medium:0;--awb-spacing-right-medium:1.92%;--awb-spacing-left-medium:1.92%;--awb-width-small:100%;--awb-order-small:0;--awb-spacing-right-small:1.92%;--awb-spacing-left-small:1.92%;\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-column-has-shadow fusion-flex-justify-content-flex-start fusion-content-layout-column\"><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-4\" style=\"--awb-text-color:#808080;\"><p class=\"invisibile\">the Piedmont traditional confectionery: Gianduiotti, Cremini, Cuneesi, Braidesi and Pralines with Piedmont Hazelnuts.<\/p>\n<p>Moreover, the company produces the classical exclusive candies &#8216;Baratti&#8217;
